I’m a certified Pilates instructor with a background in both movement and engineering.

What is your cancellation policy?
I reserve your time specifically for you. Like most studios, I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
What is the weight limit of your machines?
The Flexia Reformer can fit folks from 4'11" to 6'5" tall and up to 350 lbs. Even if you have limited mobility, injuries, or fear about working out, I will work with you to create a session you love.
How do I schedule?
Send me an email to schedule your session. In order to keep overhead low and tech simple, I schedule manually via google calendar.
Can I bring a friend?
I charge $80 per hour whether it's just you or you and a friend. I have two reformers. For the most personalized session, I recommend coming alone.
What equipment do you use?
I teach on the Flexia Reformer, a professional grade machine I designed and built to accommodate more body sizes, shapes and abilities.
Where is your studio?
I teach from my home in North Oakland near Bushrod Park.
Where did you do your training?
My comprehensive training program was through Balanced Body. I have since completed numerous hours of continuing education, including 1:1 studies with talented students of Madeline Black and Moira Stott.
How long have you been teaching?
I started teaching in 2014 when I worked at the world's largest Pilates equipment manufacturer as a mechanical engineer. I've since taught at studios across the country, working under a diverse set of senior movement practitioners to expand my skillset and knowledge.
What are your pronouns?
My pronouns are she/her and I welcome folks of all gender identities and expressions.
